Alison specializes in representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions involving cooperatives, condominiums, new developments, and single and multi-family homes throughout New York. She has experience in guiding first time buyers and sellers through the legal process. She has also worked on multi-million dollar transactions.
Alison also works closely with many major lending institutions on purchases, sales and refinances including CEMA loans.
