We wanted to briefly share this interesting article published by CNN, which serves as a good introduction to a growing trend in the Real Estate listing process. “Virtual Home Staging” is a process that realistically superimposes digital images of furnishings into photographs of an empty property. As with any home staging, the intention is to make the property more attractive to potential buyers and attract offers, and can be significantly less expensive than furnishing a property specifically for the purpose.
